I've had the pleasure of sharing my culinary adventures on my danish food blog (Louises Madblog) since the summer of 2010. What started as a personal recipe archive has grown into a food universe where I share easily accessible and delicious recipes. And now I have decided to try and get my recipes further out into other countries.
As a passionate 37-year-old food enthusiast, I have a mission: to make cooking fun, easy and accessible to everyone.
